Yesterday I had a wig fitting at Ladybelle, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Kat. 💜

From the moment I arrived, we discovered there was an issue with the wigs that had been ordered for me to try on. Instead of getting flustered, Kat immediately went into problem-solving mode. 💪 She stayed calm, positive, and reassuring the entire time, and it felt like she had endless ideas and solutions to help me find the perfect wig. ✨

I have pancreatic cancer and have lost all of my hair. 🎗️ Surprisingly, I’ve grown to love my bald head, but I have a couple of weddings coming up. 💒 Those are forever memories and forever photographs, and while cancer is part of my story right now, it won’t be part of my story forever. 💜 It was really important to me to find a wig that made me feel like me again for those special days, especially with the first wedding only a week away.

Kat’s knowledge was incredible, but what made the experience truly exceptional was her heart. 💜She has personally experienced hair loss herself, and that compassion and understanding shone through in everything she did. She didn’t just help me choose a wig—she truly understood what this moment meant to me. 🫶

When we found the perfect wig, it needed to be dyed to match my hair colour. Without hesitation, Kat stayed THREE HOURS after closing ⏰ to custom colour it for me. The care, attention to detail, and love she poured into her work were simply extraordinary. 🎨✨ The final result was absolutely beautiful. 🤩

I walked in hoping to find a wig. I walked out feeling seen, heard, cared for, and genuinely supported during one of the hardest seasons of my life. 🥹💜

Kat is one of the most thoughtful, compassionate, generous people I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. 🌷 She went so far above and beyond anything I could have expected, and I will never forget her kindness.

This place is amazing. I can't begin to express how greatful I am to everyone at Lilybelle. A few years ago I wanted to buy a wig while I attempted to overcome a condition I had since I was a child, a new chapter after recently going through grief. Thanks to everyone there (the owner, and the talented stylists), plus an array of really awesome wigs I started my journey to that. Nearly three years later I sit almost entirely overcome of that medical condition, though I'm still healing, if it wasn't for them I don't know if I'd be hat and wig free today. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, discreet and incredibly understanding. Whether you're dealing with a medical condition or just want fun wigs for fashion Lilybelle is amazing and if I could give more stars I would.

I wish I had gone to Lillybells first before ordering a topper online because it would have saved me time and money. However, Kat found the perfect product for me, and I couldn't be happier. It pays to shop local!

I love these girls! Caralyn will go over and beyond to make you happy. They are all so kind hearted, caring and a lot of fun to talk to. I personally have purchased many toppers from Caralyn and love them all. Vivianna did highlights for me and did a great job. Kat always does a super job cutting in my bangs for me. Thanks you guys❤️
